Q. Talk about your background
I started my first business in 1966 by 1994 and created several businesses in the county/district 3 construction companies in building retail stores and mall renovations, in 1979 expanded my partner’s business is to develop a 56,000-square-foot health facility in the district. In 1984 developed a 50,000 square-foot roller-skating facility operated as Crystal State also in the district once again in 1992 designed and opened 13,000 square-foot service door hardware store all 3 located at 3100 block of Branch Avenue Temple Hills Maryland which the key to date designed and constructed with his team bringing a plated shopping center back to life after 30 years of vacancy
In 1984 my businesses had two hundred employees generating a quarter million dollars a month in revenues.

Q. What issue most concerns you?
I am extremely concerned about recently published laws that state under (“Title 28 U.S.C. 3002 Section 15A”) that the United States is a Federal Corporation and not a Government, including the Judiciary Procedural Section. The 11th Amendment states “). Title 28 USC 1602-1611 (Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act) allows the jurisdiction of a court to be challenged, and a demand of proper jurisdiction to be stated. I believe there is no financial transparency when it comes to this corporate government we now purportedly have. The US Tax Court allows corporations to skirt the tax laws of this nation. Q. What is the greatest challenge that we face today?
I believe the greatest challenge to the nation and society over the next decade comes from within our federal and state legislatures, state and federal judicial systems, and the fraudulent undue influence of a hijacking of our nation’s leadership and courts by a sinister criminal monopoly operating as the American Bar Association in violation of our state and federal constitutions and declaration of rights.

I believe that compromise is desirable and necessary under our Constitution to effectuate good government

I believe that no member of the House of Representatives should be allowed to run for more than 5 consecutive terms and that none of the U.S. Senate should be allowed to run more than 4 consecutive terms.

Q. What people in public office have impressed you?
I am most impressed by US Senator Elizabeth Warren, Maryland Congressman Jamie Raskin, former Congressman John Lewis, and current Congressman David Throne.
But I have to say I’m disappointed that my own Congressman and all members of Congress, representing congressional districts within Maryland other than have been petitioned and received over 3000 written requests sent by US mail to their offices have refused to take a meeting with myself or any other victims I have brought forth to their attention. Q. What was your very first job? How long did you have it?

Q. What qualities do you possess that you believe would make you a successful officeholder?
Truth, honesty, and dedication to preserving the rule of law, our founding father’s vision of the United States, and the rule of law.

Q. What legacy would you like to leave?
As a person who stood up for truth and justice, against the criminal misconduct of our corporate judges. The candidate is still fighting to gain back control of this business 2,000,000 dollars worth of assets were stolen by the court’s latest case in the same court case 1:16 – CV – 532 standing up for your rights and liberties and those of your fellow citizens is what I would like to be known for.

Q. What is something that has been a struggle in your life?
The betrayal of my and my partner’s legal rights by what I now know to be the corporate courts of the corporate United States of America, Inc., and their agents and assigns who have no respect for the rule of law, their oath of office, the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and of rights and liberties of my fellow citizens showing preference to the American Bar Association’s lying thieving lawyers over their oath of office and fidelity bonds in violation of US code title 5 – 2902 the last 28 years. I have yet to find one honest judge, clerk of the court, US attorney, Maryland State Attorney general or state attorneys in any County who are all operating under a criminal monopoly to deprive 90 percent of our citizens of our legal and enumerated rights in state and federal court. I have also had the pleasure of helping other citizens who have lost over 500,000,000 dollars and victims of white-collar fraud, courts, obstruction of justice, court staff to properties to foreclosure frauds for the benefit of their fellow lawyers while costing this nation trillions of dollars each year loss to our federal tax base by judges issuing fraudulent orders against our citizens and their businesses. Our national anthem which inspires your soul even though it is nothing more than the big lie there is no such thing as honesty, integrity, equal justice under the law, equal protection under the law, and preservation of civil rights under the law.
